When you dial 0 to call the reception nobody is answering it. The lady who was in the reception was all over the place so we can’t find her all the time. She said she is doing a lot of things. Pool is dirty and not heated as advertised."

"Breakfast was a joke. Staff wouldnt refresh or bring out anything when food was empty. Said it was gonna close soon. So even while open refused to give a banana or yogurt because they were closing in 30 minutes. Not a Hilton stay at all."
