“The staff could not have been more helpful - David in particular - at reception and in serving breakfast. This really makes all the difference after a tiring day travelling. “ access to top floor was not suitable for oap, too many stairs with no help from staff with luggage. Dining area/ bar closes very early and with erratic times. Room was very good, clean and well aired. Shower was a bit weak but hot. Food was acceptable”
