"Our bedroom was in the older part of the hotel, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Our room was quiet even though you are above some of the other parts of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It was a very relaxing hotel with great staff, "
"Second visit, and not disappointed, will definitely return. Lots to do, and lots included in the price, especially for kids. Some of the additional activities are a touch expensive, as is the on-site shop, but the lodges are great. "

Breakfast was very expensive but it was very good quality with probably local sausages (large) nice back bacon and all the trimmings. Other cooked options were available. "We enjoyed a king bed room with a view of the back garden. The breakfast buffet is quite good (fresh, hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potato crisp) and french press coffee is served at your table. There is no dinner service. The bar offers bags of chips, and you can sit outside on the terrace or walk out to the river gazebo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating."
