"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The hotel room and hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets and furniture did not seem clean. There were also not enough towels provided for two guests.
The staff were not very friendly, and we experienced issues with our room and parking access being disconnected after 12 PM, even though we had booked for two days. We had to return to the reception twice to fix the problem — once for the room access and once for the parking — which was very inconvenient, and unfortunately no apology was offered.
The parking area was also very small, dusty, dark, and not well maintained. In addition, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to leave our room using the emergency stairs, and when we returned, our floor access was locked, forcing us to go down another floor and use a different hallway entrance. It would have been appreciated to at least receive an apology note for the inconvenience caused."
