"Lovely hotel. Worth staying a little further out for nicer quality. Restaurant was lovely with plenty of choice. Kids loved the breakfast. Especially the pancake making machine. The photos show room with a coffee machine but we didn’t have one, minor issue but a little luxury that would have been lovely. Pool was lovely too. Being able to leave the car in the underground parking even after we had checked out was great and reasonably priced. Checkout at 12 was great too. Based on this experience, we’d use Novotel again!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Raddisson Blu. I was surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. This will now be my hotel of preference when travelling via Heathrow. My only criticism would be that the service, in the restaurant, was very slow. I think there probably were not sufficient staff members to efficiently cover the number of diners."
