"The issue I had was I booked 2 nights and was unable to arrive on time for my first night so I messaged the hotel (via hotels.com) and let them know I was running late and would arrive the next morning. I got no reply. When I did arrive, they indicated I had been a "no show" and weren't sure I'd get a room but thankfully they had one. I was just confused because I did message them and had prepaid for 2 nights so I'm very glad I was to get my room. The hotel is kind of far away from things so you have to reply on their restaurant if you need a meal. I tried a burger in the bar)lounge area and it was not great but just ok. The hotel itself is clean, the bed very comfy and close to Heathrow."

"Just booked here to get our heads down for some sleep after a day/night out in Twickenham. Can't fault anything and we found the bed to be really comfy. Was worried about the noise from the planes but surprisingly couldn't actually hear them in the room!"

"Clean room. Check in took a while as quite a few people turned up at the same time, 2 receptionists. We had pre paid so only wanted key and to check in. Restaurant was a bit all over the place, 2 young girls running around to take customers to tables, ordered drinks, took 15 mins to arrive, then ordered our food which again took quite a while, although it was delicious and hot. Checked out early next morning left key at reception."
