Since I had children we went to the pool and found that one of the pool ladders actually came out of the cement deck. The arcade room had one working video game. When we went to take showers this morning, the only temp of the tub water was barely lukewarm. The sink had hot water but not too easy to bathe a 7 & 8 yo in a sink. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Overall...

"This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby breakfast area looked like a

restaurant and had a lot of great choices for even my picky kid. The desk person recommended Glass Nicklel Pizzeria because we arrived late and didn't want to go back out, which turned out to be a great choice. We frequently pass through Madison on our way to other places. I definitely will try to stay here next time. "
