โWe loved our stay in Madison at the Best Western Premier Park. The staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. We used the parking garage and the attendants were quick to get our car when we needed to leave for dinner. The location can't be beat - restaurants, shopping, museums... We enjoyed everything about our stay and can't wait to come back!โ
โFriendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable accommodations made this the perfect place for a weekend in Madison! Loved that it is walking distance to downtown and has plenty of parking. โ
โThe buffet was not well attended to. There are two stations that can only be served by attendants but usually no one is around to help with them. One thing that would be easy to fix: the utensils for self serve are horrible and frustrating to use- a little tiny fork for the cornichons and a knife for the mustard? And you fish everything out of jars. Just tacky and poorly thought out. The tongs are slippery. Just poorly designed all the way around โ
โI would like to mention the shuttle driver who drove the hotel shuttle to the airport at 6:30 AM on July 19. Then he guided me to the counter of the American Airline in the airport and confirmed it together. In the meantime he called to the hotel and figure out the bus schedule to the Chicago airport. However, the bus was scheduled at 11 AM. To...
โHighly recommend this hotel. Great location, excellent staff, and very clean. Iโm the type of person that doesnโt like staying at hotels because of the cleanliness, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon entering the lobby, everything was very clean, and the room was extremely clean. No traces of dust and bathroom was impeccable. Breakfast was incredible, and loved I had target and Whole Foods at a walking distance in case I needed anything. I will definitely be back. โ
