โI would like to mention the shuttle driver who drove the hotel shuttle to the airport at 6:30 AM on July 19. He checked my flight at the airport website in advance because it was raining with thunder and found that my flight from Madison to Chicago got canceled. Then he guided me to the counter of the American Airline in the airport and confirmed it together. In the meantime he called to the hotel and figure out the bus schedule to the Chicago airport. โFriendly helpful front desk staff. Was quiet at the time of our travel. Stayed one night for a concert. Used lyft to get to and from the event location.โ
โI could smell smoke from the restroom all night long but they said thereโs nothing they can do with it. One lady I met in the morning was kind but the front lady was not. Also the hotel is quite different from the picture from homepage and there were no water bottles in bending machine.โ
โThe room was clean, the staff was professional and courteous. They were very helpful with the elevators when there was an issue with it. The location is awesome as we were attending the Great Wisconsin Quilt Show. โ
