“매우만족!!”

“Best hotel in downtown Louisville, pricey yes, but everything else screams luxury and if customer service matters to you, you need to stay.”

“The breakfast was fantastic including many selections, hot and cold. The hotel offers a reception for guests , 5 to 7 PM every Wednesday evening including soup, salad, cheese and crackers, pita bread, cookies, and wine and beer. It was a wonderful treat! The staff all were welcoming and veey helpful.”

“I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.”

“Good”

“Great hotel!”

“ Overall, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and I was satisfied with my stay. However, music from the lobby could be heard in the room at night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.”

“Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Only is was the fan in the bathroom. It had a banging noise coming from it and if you left the door open it would keep you awake.”

“Lovely 100+ years old place right in downtown. Big bathroom with great shower and lovely thick towels. Lots of room in the room--comfy beds, plenty of pillows, nice desk, plenty of outlets. Coffee, tea, complimentary water.”

“큰 길가에 위치해 너무 시끄러움.”

“I really enjoyed my visit. The staffs was helpful to help me with directions and my next visit will be to go back there.”

“직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 실내 수영장도 좋았어요.”
