“The girl from the front desk was AWESOME very professional and helpful. The first room I got the A/C was not working and the room smelled like cigarettes the table had no signal. The second smelled like cigarettes the door frame to the 1 st floor bedroom was broken the carpet was dirty the TVs again no signal this time the maintenance showed up a few hours later he reset the TV it said to call cox looks like they didn't pay there bill there was only one remote and 3 television a drunk guy...

“The rooms were very clean. The staff was very, very helpful very polite. The air conditioning was wonderful in the heat and it was wonderful to have a full kitchen.”

“Location was good. Lodging is being used for labor workers. Therefore food smell is very stringent. Hallways are dark. Bathroom walls were dirty. Room service every a Thursday, extra fee if you want linen and towels changed sooner.”

“The apartment was exactly as described. Great location, close to many downtown attractions and food options. Everything we needed was supplied, such as plenty of towels, bedding, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap and sponge, and extra trash bags. There was even a Brita water filter in the fridge, so we didn't need to buy water. The instructions on how to get in and get to the apartment could be better. We had a hard time figuring out what code was needed for the elevator and finding where the...

“The room was clean and as pictured. I did not use the hot tub or pool, or gym for my weekend/stay but they were available. The room I had was the smallest of the rooms but it was great. I love that it was a great location that centered a few of the places we wanted to visit. The staff responded very quickly— even before check in. I had lots of questions and they were always quick to respond.”
