“The 4 properties owned by this company around the Phoenix area are not inhabitable due to mass cockroaches and other bugs, hundreds in the rooms. Not a thing appears to have been cleaned in months in the multiple rooms we have been in. Also, many many dangerous people in these rooms and in the parking lots.
