"Didn’t look anything like the pictures. No comfortable chair. The staff was outstanding. It was clean. The air conditioning worked. What bothered me was you could see light from outside in gaps all around the door. It would be easy for someone to break into the room. I pushed the kitchen table in front of the door so I could sleep."

"I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic."

"The airport shuttle was free and timely. That was great. The pool and hot tub were very nice, but the door allowing access to them would lock behind me and not allow me back inside. The A/C in my room worked great during very hot days, so that was great. The bathroom was extremely small with just a sliding door. The toilet would not fully flush making it unusable. That really lessened the quality of my experience there."
