"Wow, this place is amazing. From the available resort offerings (pool, hot tubs, aesthetic appeal, restaurants, parking, maps, gym, etc), to the helpful staff, this was the most amazing hotel I've stayed at in a long time! I love that it's located right in Tempe too, but feels like you're out of the city. The pools were extremely clean, as well as the areas around them. The hot tubs on the rocks felt so luxurious and cool! I will say we waited a LONG time (30 minutes+) for someone to take our order at the bar outside by the pools, nobody even said hi to us. That is the only thing I would comment on."
