“The Ambassador Hotel is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and professional! The hotel is in a lovely locations, the rooms are all unique and have lovely views, comfortable beds, and luxury bedding. The restaurant is top notch!!!”

“We really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. It was stocked with fresh milk a glass bottles of ice water. There was a large selection of teas and instant coffee. We had a huge room with a king bed. Our early morning tour departures prevented us from partaking of the breakfast. We enjoyed the yummy biscuits that were with the tea things. The location made it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. There are many excellent restaurants nearby.”

“Very clean throughout so this was appreciated. TV in room 2- sound but no picture. Disappointing as nobody around to help with this.”

“Hostess was gracious, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety of items and was delicious. Location is convenient, about a 20 minute walk to city centre. If we come back to Scotland, we would stay here again”

“Lovely room and very helpful staff. Location was very good in that it was close to downtown for easy access but not in an overly busy area or heavy with traffic. We were surprised when we arrived that the “on site” included parking referred to street parking but it did not turn out to be an issue. We always found a spot right out front and felt comfortable leaving the vehicle there, although one day we went on a day trip by bus and had to move the car due to parking time limits during the...
