“Property is nice, staff were great. Screen door to balcony let bugs in, but otherwise a great stay.”

“This place is grea.Do not miss out”

“The staff friendly and nice they welcomed my dog The room was nice, beds and pillows, showers and nice to have utensils and plates to heat up food. We had a small issue with connecting to Netflix which hasn’t been the case in previous visits. The new remodel with fire pits is great, I have been coming to Manzanita for 25 years and always enjoyed Sunset Surf and grateful the new ownership. I hope the manager and staff are compensated for the wonderful welcome we received! Thanks so much...

“When we first arrived we thought, what did we get ourselves into, however once we saw the room we were amazed. Very nice modern room with an amazing view. It felt like we were floating on the water. The only thing I would recommend is to have the windows washed. This would improve the view even more. Thank you Nick for your quick response to the questions we had. Would highly recommend this place.”

“I felt misled by the photos”

“I was disappointed in the appearance of the room. I am sure that the cleaning staff works very hard and with the busyness of the motel, it is a difficult job. The carpet desperately needs to be cleaned. The positive side was how easy it was to get down to the beach. Also, there were benches people could use.”
