“Beautiful accommodation, tastefully furnished to a high standard, cozy and comfortable. Our host Kettil was easily contactable and answered our questions in a timely manner enabling us to get on with our plans. The only issue and it was a minor one , is that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the door to the loft and with large cases it was a little awkward. However this did not detract from our wonderful stay at this accommodation. ”

“The apartment was clean (although at one point, someone must have smoked in the apartment…I am ultra sensitive) and the bed was comfortable. It was only a 10 minute walk to downtown Arlington Heights, which was great, and a five minute walk to the post office! The only drawback to this place was the very loud air conditioner. It was like a jet engine…and it was only in one room.We used a supplied box fan for the bedroom. Overall, though, we had a nice stay.”

“Picked this place because it had on-site parking. My wife is disabled. Couple days before trip got email saying on street parking only - first come. Chicago has notorious bad parking. After complaining 2x ( had to park 3 blocks away) was able to park in back of building. Host ignored all communication after that. Property was clean but no numbers on doors and outside doors constantly left open. Felt unsafe. Code lock on door didnt work normally most times. Had to use key to secure door after...
