“I actually didn’t stay at the hotel because when we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of the reservation we made through Expedia. The hotel staff were most accommodating and helpful but there was nothing they could do as they were full up due to a wedding. We ended up at a nearby Marriott and got a full refund from Expedia. ”

“From checkin, 6.20 till checkout, 6.22, the front desk, staffing, and vleaning crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The hotel is positioned perfectly close to restaurants, expressways, shopping, and things to do. We were there to unwind and was looking for a peaceful and quiet time, that, we had.. thanks agsing especially to the front desk employees. we will be attending the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Midway airport early next month.. your team at the Bolingbrook location deserve...
