"I appreciated the courtesy of the staff. I was a little put off by the parking situation. The garage and lot were not attached or near the building so it was quite a long walk to get from the parking garage to the hotel. So if you have trouble walking or struggling with distances and uneven terrain and you’re riding with someone, get dropped off."

"I don't think I can say enough good things about Hyatt Regency, especially for the price we reserved our stay for on Hotels.com. Every inch of the hotel we saw was CLEAN, especially our room. We were able to check in a little early without issue. There is a small coffee/snack shop that's open 5am to 1am every day, so if you want a snack, hot tea, or coffee at midnight, you can get that without leaving the hotel. Every morning we left our room is the usual disarray and every night when we came back the room looked EXACTLY like it did when we first checked in. Great experience. Can't say enough nice things. Would stay there again for sure."
