"Room and bathroom clean. Beds little hard but nice stay for the money. "

"We were a group of 6 with two separate rooms, celebrating a friend's 30th birthday, and the carpet in both rooms were SO DIRTY! The bottom of our feet were so black and disgusting. They need to do some serious deep cleaning. Also, I specifically opted out on housekeeping for my room and had the do not disturb sign; however, I noticed that someone had come in and left towels on our tub that we did not request for. If there was a housekeeper who came in, they should've at least cleaned and make the beds and also informed me. It's irritating! I messaged Laurel (probably a bot) about the situation and it said they would be able to do a $50 credit for inconvenience but i dont see they they did yet. Overall, i would NOT stay here every again. So disappointed."

"It smelled like smoke really bad. I informed the management and all they did was say well we can bring a team up there to clean it. Well guess what you can’t clean out cigarette smoke."

"everything was top notch Sebastian at the guest counter was super helpful and was an easy walk to the Sphere if i go to Vegas again we will surley book with the Venetian"

"Computer check in with nobody to help you the elevators were awful. Everything was closed. Nothing to do was pretty much empty and the old school air-conditioning units turning off and on every 20 minutes in the room and it wasn’t cheap either."
