“very friendly & professional hosts, good location to beach & town centre, clean & comfortable room, great breakfast”

“Basic small room with ultra small ensuite on 2nd floor, no lift for heavy luggage. Bed reasonably comfortable although just big enough for two Adults. Sink in Ensuite barley big enough to wash hands and water pressure to high so splashes over floor. Just passable for an overnight stop, but would suggest a larger room if you value space to move freely. Breakfast brought to your room which was a bit of a squeeze but it was cooked well and was thoughly enjoyed.”

“very happy with this hotel, we were given an upgraded room. Only downside was the 3 day elvis event we should have been seeing was cancelled without our knowledge, we only found out on checking in, the company organising it didnt inform us or refund us, having a problem getting my money back from them.”

“We had a superior double sea view room and were very impressed with the size and view. The room was well equipped and tidy. The carpet was stained and the bath rusty and the ahower oressure was shocking. Having said this none of this spoilt our stay. We had a lively time and staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and we would definitely return. It would be nice to see this hotel renovated but with the current climate I appreciate how much this would cost and understand the...

“I didn't feel paying £90 was very fair when we didn't have the full option of having breakfast. The room was a good size, but could of been a lot cleaner, found glass on the floor. The rooms do need updating. Owners seemed friendly, didn't see to much of them throughout the stay. The location is very good, but is next to a busy road. Had no problems with parking and even after leaving the hotel was able to use the other car park until i left later that evening.”
