"체크인하고 냉장실에 있는 물을 마시려고했는데, 물병이 새것이 아님을 이미 알고있었지만(5성급이 아니니까), 물병이 이미 너무 더러웠음. 5성급 서비스를 원하는것은 아니지만, 그래도 기본적인 위생도 지켜지지않는게 충격이었음. 물병 뚜껑 안쪽에 온갖 이물질이 끼어있었음. 바쓰 도시는 매우아름다운데, 다시온다면 머물지 않을것임"
