“I stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.”
“Everything was great, easy check-in nice room, except for I found black hairs on my sheets in the bed and on the bathroom floor and the bathroom floor was sticky. I did wipe everything up and the towel was black when I was done.”
