“The room was good for what we wanted. Our only issue was that we were not told at check-in that we had to request our room to be cleaned after our 1st night”

“This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, can’t fault it at all, Rooms clean and cleaned every day, bar and food in pub and pizza place attached very good. I had duck tacos and sweet potato fries twice that’s how good they were. Pizza was also good and very filling. Plenty of car parking, all staff were lovely and helpful.”

“We had a really lovely stay at Jesmond Dene Hotel. The staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the hotel provided a quiet, peaceful escape.”

“Generally the stay we had was good. Room was fine apart from the fact the carpet could do with a deep clean. This didn’t spoil our stay as we never walk around any floor without shoes. Breakfast was good and in plenty of choice. Maybe the etiquette of hotel staying could be better as some very inconsiderate guests have no consideration regarding the noise they make very late at night. Great location for Metro Centre and very close to bus stop for Newcastle. We had a lovely time.”

“The hotel in general was excellent, with the large family room we had booked having 2 comfortable double beds. However, the evening food in the restaurant was not good at all, and the breakfast was mediocre at best.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Dakota Newcastle. The rooms were beautiful, stylish and extremely comfortable, and the staff were so attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing with excellent food and great service. Everything felt really high quality and well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Dakota Newcastle. We’ll absolutely be back!”

“Everything we needed …. Breakfast was great!”

“시설이 전반적으로 오래된 듯하나, 뉴캐슬에서 가격 대비 괜찮은 숙소였음”

“Decent hotel within walking distance of the airport. Fairly cheap too. I would definitely use again.”

“A slightly dated and tired hotel. Rooms were spacious and bar staff helpful.”

“Super Preis Leistung”

“Lovely hotel. Great value for money in a lively student area.”

“Located a just outside the city centre. Use the Q3 bus outside the hotel or the metro which is a little walk away. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Situated near a major supermarket, popular coffee shop and loads of eateries. Reasons for giving it 4 stars. 1. No lift and I was on the top floor with a heavy suitcase. 2. Had to pay £2 for luggage storage.”

“Overall the hotel room was clean and did the job but the room was very tired. Furniture was damaged and stained. Facilities in the main reception again was basic but provided all we needed. Think they could maybe have more staff in the hospitality areas and the breakfast was not the best we have had. But overall for the price it was satisfactory.”
