The check in clerk was very helpful. We arrived early, actually earlier than i thought due to a tome change. The clerk couldn't che k us in as the rooms were still being cleaned. I explained that we had to be somewhere and wouldn't be back for a few hours, yei i didn't want a second floor room as there is no elevator and my husband cannot carry our things up the stairs
She said she would see what she could do and sure enough when we got back to check in a few hours later, she did accommodate me. And, there was a different clerk by this time yet the previous clerk had already done her magic. We were very grateful for her staying true to her word even though she would be gone by the time we got back.
