“We spent two nights at Alta Crystal Resort while visiting Mount Rainier and really enjoyed our stay. It’s just over 2 miles from the park entrance and tucked into a beautiful, tree-covered setting. The pool area is such a nice place to relax after hiking. We saw people lounging poolside with books and others enjoying the hot tub, but my favorite was the cedar barrel sauna. HEAVENLY! “It’s one thing to have a shared bathrooms. It’s another thing to have shared bathrooms that are absolutely gross. The floors were muddy. The showers covered in mold. I complained to the host Kim and asked for a bathroom cleaning. I got no response and the bathrooms looked the same the next day. I hope the health department is reading this message.”
