“I appreciate the staff that were on shift on June 2 (8:30 PM ish) We drove 4 hrs for a work trip and were exhausted. When I called to discuss the noise in my room, the staff who answered the call was very understanding and helpful. I later went downstairs and spoke with the first staff who assisted with checking in, she was equally understanding and showed empathy of the situation. I appreciate the staff that night who made my work trip much more tolerable. Will be returning for sure!”
