"We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was nice. The rest was bad. This place has new owners and they are making huge cuts to a place I have been going to 3-4 times a year for last few years. They no longer have a great breakfast. It’s cold, and you have to wait for them to replace trays. Omelettes are now charged and no longer fresh like before. They stopped dinners in the bar and only serve hamburgers ,nuggets and alcohol. The pool is dirty, can’t see a foot into it and there is never towels. The beautiful plants that brought great atmosphere are dying and no longer being cared for. Leaves are falling off of them everywhere and they are droopy. This was once a great family hotel and now the new owners are making cuts that I feel will eventually have the loyal people look elsewhere. It’s sad to see such a great place on its way to being a motel6"

"Had a box delivered to the hotel for a trade show I was doing in town. I went to pick it up at the front desk. I had the order invoice with our business, attn name, and the business it arrived from. I also had the recorded phone call to my phone number that the box arrived from the manager with his name & number. I showed several ID’s including my disabled husband’s DL. Plus my handicapped husband was immediately visible just outside by the front desk. The woman insisted he had to come in, which again, he’s disabled, or she wouldn’t give me my box. In fairness, it was regrettable for both of us: Her, for lack of empathy of disabilities and comprehension of how ID’s work. For me, for allowing myself to be sucked into the dispute."
