"Following a warm welcome by the staff, we were taken to our room which included all necessities for an overnight stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and sufficient to last most of the day. The pub is located in a small quiet village with a walk to the River Avon close by. Thanks to all staff who made our stay good. We will be back."

"We were met by very helpful and friendly staff and had a very sweet room on the top floor. The food for both dinner and then breakfast the following morning was excellent. It was an overnight stay for work and we will be coming back in the future."
Worcester Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf, BW Premier Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Room was perfect for a family of 4 (two kids aged 9 & 10) and we needed them to have a separate bed - which was great as they could stretch out! Room was clean and spacious!
Breakfast was really nice, lots of selection.
Food in the evening was also great, and we sat outside in the garden area. The staff were wonderful in the restaurant and so friendly and helpful.
The wonderful lady on reception when we arrived made our girls’ stay, she was so kind and gave them some colouring and a lovely bear. We will definitely return!"
"Lovely hotel, positioned alongside the River, wonderful terraces to eat and drink and a restaurant indoors with gorgeous food.
We did have a problem initially as the room we were in was above the kitchen and their large, noisy wall fan started up before 6a.m . But the very helpful staff soon sorted us out with another room in the annexe and that was perfect."
"Unexpectedly an excellent nights sleep for a young family. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, well maintained, had very welcoming staff & Yorkshire tea in the rooms. The curtains were heavy black out, the windows kept the noise out, the mattress felt new and supportive & a fan was provided for the heat. My child slept & wasn’t woken up by daylight, traffic noise, the stifling heat or worries about cleanliness. Plus they could have a bath. Win."
"I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. We had no issues with hot water as there is a gas boiler in this cabin. The only reason for 4 stars was because of basic essentials missing on arrival - no bin bag, hand soap, cleaning spray, kitchen roll or dish sponge. Toiletries also not provided despite being advertised on hotels.com. None of this was an issue for us as we packed everything but the kitchen sink as we were visiting with our baby, however I can envisage this being an issue for other guests and would have been appreciated given the cost per night. The host was quick to provide the dish sponge when we mentioned this to her, and resolved a WiFi issue promptly too during our stay. Overall we would recommend the Montana cabin and we would definitely stay again."
