"I stayed at The Bloc Hotel during a short trip to Birmingham for an event, and overall it was a great experience. The location is really convenient – just a short walk from the train station and close to the Bullring, which made things a lot easier after a long journey. It was a relief to know I didn’t have far to go once I arrived in the city. I mainly used the hotel to drop off my things and get some rest, as I was out all day at the event. For that purpose, it was ideal – affordable, clean, and comfortable. A nice touch was the free water bottles provided in the room, which was appreciated. One small downside: there wasn’t a mirror in the bedroom, only in the bathroom. So if you’re someone who needs a mirror for makeup or getting ready, that might be a bit inconvenient. It would be great if they added one to the room in the future. Overall, a solid choice for a short and functional stay in the city."

"The hotel offers an excellent accommodation experience, complemented by a delightful view. The shower facilities are outstanding. I was situated on the fifteenth floor, which provided a pleasing perspective of the surroundings. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be enjoyable."
