โWe booked last minute and the hotel far exceeded our expectations, with a very friendly staff and rooms that looked brand new! Very comfortable bed! We would definitely stay at this hotel again!โ
โI liked mrs shelly very caring lady rooms where very nice and clean didn't to much care for the other night clerk Rachael i stayed a total of 6 days first three was perfect them last few was different im a little disabled was given a Room with no grab bars in the shower im on a cain mrs shelly gave me the perfect room equipped with grab bars my second half of my stay mrs Rachael gave a room no grab bars adittude was rude my daughter payed for 3 nights online didn't know my daughter hadn't paid...
โEverhthing was great but a minor complaint is the breakfast. Most hotels offer potatoes as a breakfast option. We had some people with dietary constraints in our family so it would have been nice if there were some more options (gluten free,dairy alternative,etc).โ
โProperty is under construction. Room was clean. Temperature was 93ยฐ, the room and it took 4 hours for it to go down to 80. Feel that they should have had rooms cooled for guests. You have to walk across the parking lot for breakfast, ice and the pool. Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs. But her was very old, almost discenigrated. At the hotel you had to call a phone number to get someone at the front desk. Again, room was fine and a good rate. Across street from Nutter Center.โ
