“Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient, a short walk from the centre and everything you need. It was a bit hot in the room, but a fan was provided. I would highly recommend and stay again ”

“Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. “Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return.”

“My partner and I stayed in the stone barn self contained unit and it was lovely. the mattress was so soft and we had more than everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. the staff were excellent and the food was great. I would definitely go again either for visiting bath or the surrounding villages, the location is beautiful. The only issue was that there appeared to be a bit of a woodlice issue in the bathroom, the rooms were very clean but they must be finding their way through somehow”
