โThe condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.โ
โThe host is very friendly and helpful. Parking is very easy and it is close to downtown by car. If you order breakfast in advance, they make it right there for you. It is delicious and the coffee is also very good. The bathroom is shared, but it is clean and not too crowded. It is an old house, so on cold days like January 2025, the temperature cannot be raised enough, so it is a little cold, but if it is the average temperature in Florida, it should be fine.โ
โCheck in was below average. Did not feel welcomed at all. No eye contact. No greetings. I did not even want to check the lady's name. If someone like that stays in this hotel, your NPS will never make it. However, breakfast was ok. The only thing great was the guy who was cleaning up the tables for the breakfast hours. Hardworking and doing his job the best way possible. I wouldn't want to come back. โ
โThis property is only minutes from the cruise line and 20 minutes from the airport.
The staff here, from the check-in to check-out were so friendly, fast and efficient.
Thank you ladies (i wish i remembered names).

โBooked a weekend stay to see Benson Boone next door at Amelie Arena over Sept 13 weekend. Hotel was totally booked. Myself and 3 daughters, 1 was a daughter from another mother. Lol. We had the best time. Hotel was amazing. Staff was awesome, full breakfast was awesome. The Hotel restaurant called, Taste, was delicious. We ate dinner there 2 nights and had the burger with the fried onions on top. I donโt remember the name. But it was one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten. Hence why we ate...
โAn oasis in downtown Tampa. With a gorgeous view out every window. A variety of common areas: cozy window nooks for writing on every floor. In the lobby are desks and a library area.
Thereโs even a shuttle to anywhere within 2 miles. Although most performance venues are in walking distance along with lots of eating establishments in every price range. This place truly has it all. Outstanding hospitality for a very reasonable price. A lovely staff that made me feel welcome.โ
