"The bed was very comfortable. Although the hotel was full it was very quiet. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water, much appreciated after 10 miles of hiking. The hotel is close to everything in West Yellowstone; groceries, restaurants, museums, gift shops. Staff was helpful at all times of day, thank you."

"Older hotel, but fairly clean. View of river was very nice. They provide guests with packages (1/day) to make smores at their gas fire pits. Elk frequented the area (as well as the rest of the town), but should never be approached. As an older hotel, toilet/shower area is small and lighting was only sufficient. Staff very helpful and responsive."

"I was expecting more of this place for the price. The bathroom was tiny, at 5'2' I barely fit in the shower, not sure how my 6 foot hubby did it. The room was nice. It didn't have a TV, which was fine with me, but if you're into TV it was disappointing. There were no elevators. It was a convenient location to get to where I wanted to go in the park. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very expensive. It was fine for my short stay."

"Location was perfect, steps from Yellowstone park entrance. Next door to coffee shops mini grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms were very clean the outside surroundings need to be clean but I felt safe. The office should be open at 7 am but we wanted to get the complimentary coffee but they will open at 7:15 or 7:30 I recommend this hotel price was excellent"

"I missed not having a light breakfast. There was an advertisement for breakfast buffet up the street for $14.95. Rooms are small but clean. Parking is extremely tight. The staff was friendly and polite."
