The room was sufficient and clean. Hotel staff was superb and help me with check-in when I had an issue with two bookings in the system. Highly recommend this hotel due to location in Terminal 3, availability to Haneda Garden and Airport mall/shops.

Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport
Staff kept out room tidy and clean towels daily . Front desk was super nice and helpful. Also everyone spoke English which made it easy for us .
