“Booked this hotel for a weekend due to location to Watkin Path. Staff so kind & helpful, Rooms clean & tidy with ensuite bathrooms including baths in two out of 3 rooms booked. Use of lift to rooms. Breakfast selection plentiful and hot, evening meals superb & well priced. Hotel also offers a cool room to store food & drinks for your climb, as well as offering a snack pack to buy for your day out. The Goat Hotel is based in Beddgelert & walking distance to amenities. “This is a fabulous little hotel and we were delighted with our three night stay. James and Amy are wonderful hosts who put their heart and soul into their place and nothing is too much trouble. Our room had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were lovely, and the breakfast was great. An easy 20 to 30 minute stroll to town, or short drive, so a great base for all that this region has to offer.”
“Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre.”
“We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again”

“Richard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch.
Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean.
