“Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge. Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !”

“I stayed at the El Beso and they really took care of us. We got a room upgrade, tshirts, and free champagne. They noticed my suitcase was broken and offered to give me a new one for free. I went very taken care of and able to relax. Property is huge and beautiful. There was a tram to take you around which was nice. Only thing is they have a few kinks to sort out.
