I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside.

"Five Star all the way. Stayed in a room with Club Access in the 22nd floor, which was so worth it. Got an omlette made by Kai Der, the Hyatt egg and omlette-master. Amazing housekeeping, super-helpful concierge.
