"Okay walking distance from the train station, but check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. "Place was difficult to find. The direction led to the back of the building where there was no signage so you aren't sure if you are at the right place. You then have to climb up 5 storeys to reach the front to enter the building to check in. All this while lugging your luggage! Also cleanliness or orderliness was not a priority. Wife found her pillow mouldy, mould was all over the hair dryer in the bathroom where tiles were cracked. To reach the room you go through an area where things appear...

"The resort was so clean and beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So luxurious, comfortable beds, gorgeous room, delicious breakfast. The hotel staff was amazing. The only feedback I would give is to change the breakfast buffet items daily for guests who are dining daily and also to have more vegetarian options. We felt very much at home at the Grand Mayfull!
