Sólo que en esta ocasión, vimos que en el área de alberca por las tardes estaba demasiado sucio, mucha basura en piso e incluso adentro de albercas. Los baños de mujeres que están junto al bar, por las tardes (entre 6 y 8 pm) estaban demasiado sucios y en la hoja de registro de limpieza se podía ver que la última firma era de las 12pm.”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
