“I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. “The room was modern, the infinity pool was cold, but nice. The grounds were beautiful & the llamas on the grounds was a nice touch. The food was also amazing for dinner.”

“Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic”

“Excellent Service Wonderful Staff Very helpfu!”

There were loose floorboards with nails popping up, creating an unsafe environment. The window latch was broken which prevented us from opening the window. Toilet paper holder was broken. The size of the safe was far too small to be useful for anything larger than your passport and your wallet. When we arrived to check in at 4 pm,...
