Manager Sr. EDUARDO gave me upgraded room, spacious accommodation. I had a reservation just a JUNIOR SUITE. But I got Exeutive suite room, just one per a floor. I really really appriciate it his attention. Thanks for his consideration my family was pleasant there.
Another I used room service. Especially food for kids was so great. My kids loved it.
Furthermore my kids ordered some of icecream suddenly. But they brought this and no paid just a gift.

“Excellent hotel, the price is reasonable, rooms are clean and a little bit small but you can’t get better considering you’re in the walled city . Shopping and restaurants around in walking distance. Breakfast is decent , the food in the restaurant hotel has nothing special. Do not expect good amenities at the hotel , pool on first floor is more decorative and upstairs is small . The best thing about this hotel is THE STAFF and Location. Btw the plush teddy bear they put in your bed is not a gift...
“The OSH hotel is TOP TIER, in my opinion. The staff appear to be genuinely friendly and not just because it's their job. From check in, to checkout the staff provided A1 service, and recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful with a ground floor pool, as well as a beautiful rooftop pool that was well lit at night, both pools have a bar. The breakfast included option offers a wide range of delicious dishes available at your request or you have the option of a light buffet.
