Plusses: architecture, room size, great bathrooms, spacious gym, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly
Minuses: Breakfast was OK; a little better than a Hampton Inn. And the TV’s need to be upgraded to streaming-capable.

“When i checked in about 6 pm, the lady at the counter was so Amazing. She went out of her way to help me. Other than her, the room was clean but bathroom needs updated. ”

“This was a lovely hotel, very close to the Skywalk, which is an amazing walking network, connecting much of the downtown area - safe, secure, and climate controlled. I was in a tournament at the Iowa Events Center and it was an easy 15 minute walk - no car, no hassle!

“Everything was very nice, hot in the hallway but the room was cool and quiet.
The hotel is pet friendly but they warned that there will be a $200 fine if the pets are left unattended, we were there only for one night, but we always travel with our dogs and there are times we have to leave them in the room for a bit, so keep that in mind.”
“Family going to Adventureland and needed a hotel close to stores, gas, and Adventureland. It was quiet and very nice in the hotel. Would definitely stay again!”
“Exceeded expectations. Hotel was very clean. I watched the attendant clean a room, and she is very thorough. Everything is kept neat, inside and out. Continental breakfast was decent with lots of options. Only ding is only 1 ice machine, located on the 2nd floor. Overall, I'd come back!”
