โThe hotel is centered around their restaurant which superb.
Also the breakfast is unconventional and made of the finest ingredients.
The spa is small but lovely and made with the finest taking care of details.
A place which is a true delight โ
โHotel rรฉnovรฉ recemment. Personnel trรฉs agrรฉable. โ
โOn top of the cleanliness and condition of our duplex room and amenities - those working in the hotel were super helpful, kind and always smiling.!!โ
โPerfect apartment for a ski vacation in Val Thorens! The apartment is near plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, and it is in the center of town. In addition, the apartment is perfectly located for skiing and snowboarding!!โ
โthe hotel manager Paul and his staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Also, dinners were declicious and atmosphere was very friendly and cozy. All of the staff and most of the guests were from the UK, so if you are looking for a welcoming English speaking resort - this is it. โ
โIt was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! Thereโs no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasnโt happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.โ
โDisappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
โI didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. โ
โWe were a group of 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We were given rooms next to each other on level 2 which was perfect. No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. The beds and sofa bed was comfortable as were the pillow. We never used any of the facilities on site so can't comment on those but thought the location for us was great having a children in ski school in the...
