"We booked this hotel because of the pool but it was out of order for our stay. The rooms were cramped. AC didn’t work. Would not recommend "

Check-in was a bit odd, when I bounced off a locked front door late afternoon, and was about to walk away when I saw a young guy come up to let me in. I would certainly stay here again. "

"Overall my stay was perfect. From the location of the property, to the amenities of the hotel. The only thing that needed is more attention to the cleanliness of the room. From hair on the bedding, to dirty hand prints on the walls, or spillage on the bedrails. "

"Wonderful hotel in a wonderful area to explore in San Francisco. The staff was very friendly and nice and the rooms were clean. One of the best sleeps I’ve had."

"location is convenient but not in a safe area. walls are really thin, can hear everything from the next door room. called front desk about noise complaint, they did nothing. amenities are really old, carpet smells. NO AC. radiator heater seems to go off automatically but cannot be adjusted in room. keys to enter room would frequently not work and had to go to the front desk multiple times to fix . overall would not stay again, doable for maybe one night only though. "

"The room was dirty, we paid for parking and we ended parking on the street parking lot full we had a handicap parking and there was people parked without one. Told hotel staff and they didn’t care"
