โI arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...

All the staff were very kind and really helpful. We brought our own food and kitchen staff was so kind to let us use microwave whenever we needed!
The location was amazing, walking distance to most of places.
We stayed in triple room and it was spacious enough for three and was maintained clean, tidy all the time by cleaning staffs.
One thing maybe we can suggest is to put few hangers in the room so that it is more convenient for people to hang their jackets or...
โThe hotel is close to everything in Cusco, and the area is safe. The room (#5) was very cozy, clean and pleasant to be in. Also loved the early check-in (12PM) and the breakfast. Camila was very helpful, reachable all the time and helped me a lot with a small medical problem I had while there. I simply love boutique hotels like this one and I fully enjoyed my stay there ๐โ
