"カプセルホテルという名前だが、日本のカプセルよりも広く、個室内に荷物を置くスペースがあるタイプ。 綺麗なホテルであり（居室内は土足禁止）、快適に過ごせた。 シャワーは室数に比べて若干少なめなので、混雑時は待たされることもある。トイレの奥にシャワーがあるタイプなので、シャワー時に荷物を置くスペースがあるのは嬉しい。 シンガポールに泊まる場合、立地を考えると破格といえる。"

"The location of the Quay hotel was perfect. We were in an easy walk of restaurants, train station and tourist spots. We booked a very budget room with no windows and were pleasantly surprised at the size and amenities in the room. Room was clean and with no windows it stayed dark in the mornings. Great hotel choice for a couple of nights stop over if you are on a budget. "

"We have never stayed in a room before that was so small. Impossible to swing a cat in there! Nowhere to store luggage or clothes. And the bathroom/toilet combo was smaller than we have in our campervan. 4 feet by 4 feet! We were lucky we were only there to sleep as we arrived late and left the next day. But the staff were happy and smiling and very helpful. "

"The pods were great, quiet and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The self-check in and app as a keycard didn't work very well (disabled 3 hours before checkout) and a normal keycard and check-in process would have been more convenient. Other than that we were pleased it was a great location "
