“Great little place to stay before taking the ferry to Nantucket!”

“Great Staff. Very helpful. Fantastic Beds!!! The only issue with the property is that the office is at a different, though close, location. But, if you ask, the staff is happy to run there for you if you need something. Nice people!!!!! Thank you staff.”

“You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.”

“Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

“I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings.”

“We went to the Cape Club because it advertised golf privileges for hotel guests. The receptionist told us there was a tournament so we couldn’t play golf. I asked whether we could use the golf privileges on another day. And she said no!! I told her that we were disappointed but she offered no solution.”

“Was a wonderful place to stay. The new remodel was a nice surprise. Matched the pictures and exceeded expectations. The view of the harbor, and restaurants so close you barely had to walk outside. Will definitely stay here again”
