"Very clean and very friendly staff! A bit out of the way but in a beautiful location, just pay attention to the bus schedules! (They also have a shuttle) The Onsen is very clean and relaxing, overall a wonderful place to stay! "

"The room was spacious, but going up and down from the bunk bed was inconvenient. It would be better if the big table was taken away and replaced it w/ twin beds. The big table could be dangerous as someone can get injured by the pointed edges. Also, the bathroom was rather small and its floor was noisy when you step on it."

"Big hotel, the Onsen (hot-springs) are superb! Dinner and breakfast are a huge buffet. Quality of food is fine, but not a gourmet level… Free drinks, including alcohol, until quite late."
