“Clean room- shops nearby”

“The room was clean and we had plenty of towels. The staff were very helpful. Parking was free and plentiful, we never had trouble finding a spot. The breakfast was good. There were several options to choose from. One drawback is our tv would not stay connected to the remote control, and the concierge had to fix it a few times. Overall a great stay.”

“AC wasn’t working”

“The property was as pictured. It does need to be updated. The closets have a lot of pillows and what nots that shouldn’t in the unit taking up space for renters. Patio furniture needs to be painted and it’s not enough for more than 5 people.”

“Our condo was beautiful and we loved the close proximity to Baytowne Wharf. I only have two minor suggestions. The first would be to provide guests with the information ahead of time that the unit is located at The Grand Sandestin - our airport shuttle seemed to have a difficult time without this bit of information even though the address was provided. The second would be a recommendation for bedsheets with deeper pockets - my husband and I fought the sheets the entire length of our stay because...
