"The room was only small but clean and comfortable . I was only resting/ sleeping there and found it quiet with a comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient location- short walk to city. Yes I would stay again"

"Clean hostel all around. You could see cleaning done everyday. The kitchen was a huge plus for me because it saved me a lot of money on eating out. Three dinners were provided each week promoting social interactions with other guests. If I need a place to stay in the future I will be back"

"Never 👎 book 😡😡😡😡😡 Really bad service We booked around one week before and reached the place and there was no one at the property and one drunk man was wondering around the property and when we called the wotif and they Didn’t help ..just saying contact the owner of the property 😡😡😡 That was totally unprofessional After wasting our time 2 hours .. they gave us key and PIN number .. The toilet was smelly and very bad .. Bed was full of dirt Sheet were smelly not washed Never 👎...

"Lack of service.... Never anyone at reception.. Was told I could only pay cash for the booking... And when I decided to extend my booking the next night, I checked the price online and it was $80 But when the manager/receptionist finally arrived I saw her on one of the floors as she was cleaning the rooms. I asked her if I could meet her a reception and pay another night. And she said oh just pay me here and now cash. I asked her how much for the night? And her response was... How much did...

"Friendly guests here. Nice kitchen and free coffee/tea, toast and cereal each morning. Check-in was very strange: since I arrived around 8pm, the front door was closed, apparently you are supposed to schedule a check-in time, but the hostel never contacted me to do so. Luckily someone was exiting, so I managed to get inside. Comfortable beds. The main thing I disliked was that the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms are all one different floors, so I was constantly going up and down stairs."

"Staff was extremely nice. We were upgraded to Room 318 with an amazing view of the Harbor Bridge and Opera House. Hotel is basic accommodation, no lift. The pub on the ground floor is very friendly with a local flavor. Near Kings Cross station."
